We assess from both exterior and attic, coordinate with structural engineers or framing contractors when needed, and tarp only areas that are structurally stable enough to support the tarp hardware. Insurance claims for tree strikes require separate line items for tree removal, structural repair, and roofing repair. We document each scope independently.
